Very Early Tuesday Tails.. Churchy comes out of hiding, and a little Cockatoo has some fantastic moves...

The "old man" has finally emerged from his second nap of the season.  He crawled WAY back into a burrow they all have dug over time, and went back to sleep.  Mr. Z found him rambling and eating on the little hill at the back of your garden.  The dark form on the side of the photo is from the shade cloth on the patio cover.

Torts need dried grasses and weeds in their diet too, especially after hibernation. So he's now chowing down, happily, on these things.  Am I EVER glad to see him.
