I've found the code but I can't get it to show

To make links in the add a link feature in blogger, you need this code, that won't show in blogger. I've been fighting it for an hour but I'm not quiting!

This is the code you neeed, all spread out to kingdom come! Lots of white space so it will show up on a regular page. I have no idea how the java wizards keep it from going invisible when it's all together on their blogs. This was my solution. Just remember, don't leave spaces or your hard work will be for nothing. You will have to fling yourself off a high place!

< A (these two may have two spaces left between them) href = " " > < / A >

These little elements will give you the capability to enter a web page address as a link on the sidebar. The Web page URL is copied and pasted between these things ""


Then the name you want to give it is put between these things >< .. copy and paste in right between those two little marks.

Then take out all the white spaces ( a fancy name for spaces) until all of the code is all together again and won't walk away.

The resulting line of code is then all copied and pasted into the box in the Link Page element window.

A good place to do all this code splicing is in word pad, or even note pad.
