Saw this on Rachel Maddow last week and could not stop laughing - thanks for linking to it! Been meaning to tell you that the pix of the torts' day out were a big hit around here! Baby Luann says "they are so tiny but they look so big!"
Their next picture session, I will probably balance a quarter on each of their backs, so he can see just what size they are. Tell him that Mosquito is still very small, and Milagro is the biggest, Dusty nearly as big as Milagro. When they are having a growth spurt, the plates on their shells get a little shiny around the edges. That happened last month.
