Update Food Matters video. What I do besides knitting

It's time we hear more about this, instead of just gulping down a bunch of prescription drugs like guinea pigs.

There is a whole big segment of medicine that has existed since at least the 1930's that we don't normally hear anything about because there is no money in it!

I messed up my theme.
