Thankful Thursday. All manner of things ....

I'm grateful for my sweet, dear, daughters:  They stayed by me and cheered me on!

I moved my DNA yesterday, thank you L, but have stopped drawing.  Instead, I'm knitting your pretty pink Stardust cardi.   I'll start drawing again because it's a good way to create really pretty and unique greeting cards!

All the DDs have been re-organizing belongings for a few years, and have motivated me to become more of a minimalist!  I can't quite reach their levels, or at least two of their levels, but I'm moving the old DNA to do it!

I'm grateful for flowers on every single, seeded plant, they all have flowers and I'm grateful for COLOR vision.  Thank you God!

These are just a few of the so called "little things" in life that loom large if  loss of them is threatened.  Like food on the table and roofs overhead.  Warm heaters!  Cats!  Dogs!  Birds!  Sweet Sceloporus Occidentalis Lizards courting on the fence.  So many of Life's charming little commonplace things to see, you know?

There are no new flowers to report that haven't already been oogled here, well maybe a rose?  From my sister's complex:

I cropped the rose as these roses receive no care, so have bug damage
on the outside petals.
This is a big beautiful Hybrid Tea Rose, all the bushes were helped by the great rains we've had.  I can't remember the name.  Sorry.  That's the exact color though.

Yesterday, at JoAnn's I was witness to a random act of kindness at the cutting table.  A young girl, who was learning to sew on her very own starter machine, was given a 50% off coupon by a random customer so that she could afford the gorgeous purple material she wanted to buy.  It wasn't on sale, expensive for her budgeted money, and she SO wanted it.  There is nothing like the feeling of seeing such a young person, just starting out, getting a chance to use the exact material she wanted for her project.  We all were pumped!

There, all the week's gratefulness rolled into one daily post.  There are things to be grateful for in every breath, when you consider that with 6% less oxygen in the air, we would all fade away.  I'm thankful there it enough for this not to happen!  Thank you Great Spirit, Thank you, Guardian Angels!

    1. Yes Wendy, you are right. Life is indeed good. My DD1 pointed that out to me one year, to remember to be aware of and to enjoy the forgotten gifts that were just Amazing and wonderful, though it was easy to count them as commonplace.

I love comments. Sorry about the mods. If you visit and leave me a comment, I will be sure to give you a visit and let you know I appreciated it.

Wishing you " ♥A Sufficiency of all good things♥."
