One for the Birds. Logging Industry Fails Again to Strip Threatened Seabird of Protections, and Gabi's Crows- very sweet!

Here's a good one for Healing the Heart.  This tiny bird gets to keep it's Homeland Forest!  For Now. I'm sure the Relentless Logging industry has not given up.

Calling arguments "frivolous", in the fifth attempt by the logging industry to strip protections from Marbled Murrelet, the DC Circuit Court of Appeals rejected the industries appeal. of Endangered Species protection.

These wonderful little seabirds will get another chance to try to survive all the challenges, not the least of which has been habitat loss at the hands of an Industry that most likely exports the woods they nest and raise young in to Asia to be made into lumber that is re-sold here.  Just sayin'....
