Exercises to help stop Vertigo

These are the sheets that I got two years ago from the ER.  I have had something called Menieres since 1978, and this has helped me to get through some serious vertigo attacks.

    Thank you for posting the vertigo exercises! Oh I have it bad, and somedays, worse! I have had every medication, treatment and advice (homeopathic) to last 3 lifetimes. I will print these out and keep them by my bed !! Youre the best!! oxxo Mary

    What a misery you've been going through. I hope this helps. The ER doctor said that the theory was that tiny granules in your inner ear get out of place, and these exercises get them back in place. Worked for me and got my fingers crossed for you.xxox
