So often this job is just totally thankless... my advice to young women is to get Licensed Practical Nurse's Training.  The pay is better and the working conditions are as well, as long, that is, that it is in a hospital where the RN can't go out for a smoke and leave you in charge of patients whom you can't order back into bed....

And you can train to be a RN.

While the Republican madmen in Washington keep trying to make a profit off the sick in America, basically sealing us in, some companies and patients in the middle class are escaping the War on Healthcare - many are going to Mexico.
